My Beaded Jewelry Box...

>> Sunday, June 6, 2010

Are you bored of having your typical Jewelry Box made of wooden materials, ceramic with classic colors and design? A typical vintage one?..well, it's very nice to add life and colors to it simply by using your own imagination and creativeness you can make your personalized and beautiful beaded jewelry box in no time...so why buy expensive jewelry box if you can make one of your own "personalized jewelry box" at less expense...uniquely designed by "you".

This is the sample of my "Beaded Jewelry Box" and just because I love pearls and flowers I used it to accented this jewelry box and presto!!! a lovely unique beaded jewelry box I have made...actually this jewelry box is just made of hard cardboard I make to become a box I covered it with a lavander cloth and accented it with pearls and flowers using my glue gun to stuck materials to place then just put a ribbon to it for more attraction.

Now my jewelries have a new beautiful place for safe keeping...so I hope this simple craft gives you an idea to reinvent and boost your creativeness hidden inside you...come on try to make one and you'll definitely gonna love it !

Uniquely designed shimmering jewelries by me...

>> Thursday, June 3, 2010

These past few days I've been busy in my shimmering works thinking of a new design that I will surely love even with just a glance of it...and I think this is it!!! isn't it?

I love this bracelet it's so attractive...this dangling bracelet is made of white, pink, green fresh water pearls in a gold filled wires and balls accented with leaf glass beads also you can call this bracelet 2 in 1 because it is double bracelet  you can wear it separately.

What I love in this Gold Majorca Pearl bracelet is it's simplicity...simple and yet standout,  this dangling bracelet is made of gold Majorca pearl (Majorca pearl is faux pearl) in Gold filled wires and balls so you are assured of a non-tarnish jewelry even for a long period of time.

The Idea of making this long beaded necklace is from my 3 year old daughter she loves pink and lavander so I came up of this necklace for her.

This long necklace is made of Ribbon fabric, plasic beads and a large butterfly glass bead serves as a pendant.

I find it sooo cute especially for fashionable kids and also for teens.

I Love Pearls...

>> Friday, April 16, 2010

Mostly of my favorite jewelries are made of Fresh Water Pearls, this is the actual pictures of some of my pearls.
Pearl is one of the most popular gems.It is the only one created by a living creature (a certain kind of oyster, clams, mussels and known as the mollusk). Its softly shining beauty has made the word "pearl"means almost the same thing as "beauty" and "great worth"
What makes a pearl valuable? Natural pearl are found rarely, and large natural pearls even more. The largest known natural pearl found in a shell of giant clam and named the "pearl of Lao-tze"it weighs 14.06 pounds (6.38 kilograms) Valuable pearls has a beautiful shimmering luster which call the pearls orient. Pearls are usually white, cream, pink, or rose, blue gray, or black. The common shape of the pearls is round it is develop in the soft parts of the mollusk while baroque pearl has solid and irregular shape and when the pearl becomes attached to the inside of the shell it becomes a button pearl rounded on one side and flat on the other, blister pearl formed when a mollusk covered the injured spot of the shell with nacre.
The finest Natural pearl comes from saltwater while Fresh water pearls found in the river and lakes.Cultured pearls are less expensive than natural pearls.

Pearls are known in jewelry making , the soft texture, shimmering luster and its natural look
gives an exquisite beauty in jewelries.
